Here's a few tips for optimal trouble in Amsterdam:
1. Rent a bike! The Dam is a great city to see on two wheels. Did you know there are more bikes in Amsterdam than there are people?
2. Forget about windmills and tulips, what amsterdam is really known for its incredible arts culture! Once a year, Museumnacht, 42 museums and institutions across the city, open their doors and organize special events to which you can ride your bike to and from while fleeing from trouble!
3. Get to know all the people you meet! Amsterdam is a very worldly city, and in any setting you could meet Dutch Royalty, a friendly Swede, an Englishmen or even Australian!
